SEM AI Platform is an AI-powered tool that provides SEO analysis, SEM campaign management, keyword research, and digital marketing recommendations. The platform integrates with Google Ads and Google Search Console via authorized OAuth connections.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform

5. Google Ads Integration

When you connect your Google Ads account, you authorize SEM AI Platform to create, modify, and manage campaigns on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all ad spend and campaign outcomes. We strongly recommend reviewing all AI-generated campaigns before publishing.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

Our platform uses AI to generate SEO and SEM recommendations. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional marketing advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. You should use your own judgment before implementing any recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

The SEM AI Platform software, design, and content are owned by Sakthivel Raja. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakthivel Raja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to ad spend losses or missed business opportunities.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking OAuth access and deleting your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
